Do you deliver outside Singapore?
Not at the moment — we deliver within Singapore only.
How much is delivery?
S$8.00 per order, and free for orders of S$100 and above. Self-collection at our Aljunied warehouse is free, by appointment.
How long does delivery take?
2–4 working days from the time you place your order. Deliveries are handled by our courier partner, Hoosale Pte Ltd.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayNow, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and GrabPay.
Can I visit your warehouse?
Yes, by appointment. We are at 625 Aljunied Road, #05-04, Aljunied Industrial Complex, Singapore 389836. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a time.
How do I choose the right size?
Our clothing uses Japanese sizing based on your child’s height in centimetres (size 80 fits a child about 80cm tall). See our Size Guide for full baby and kids charts and how to measure. If you are unsure, message us and we will help.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. See our Refunds & Replacements policy for details.
